Level 3 Award - Supervising Food Safety

RIPH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety qualification is designed principally for those who are, or intend to be, supervisors of food handlers within the catering, hospitality or food manufacturing industry.  The outcomes of the qualification have been designed to ensure that supervisors are aware of their role in the implementation of food safety procedures at all stages of food preparation and service, together with the importance of their role in the supervision of food handlers in food safety matters.

Examination: - There is a single examination paper for this award comprising of 40 multiple choice questions. The duration of the examination is 2 hours.  Candidates must gain a minimum of 26 marks out of 40 (65%) to pass the examination.
