Terms and conditions of booking

  1. Payment must be made in advance of the course

  2. A full refund will be given if the cancellation is made by HYESOL UK LTD or cancellation made in one month advance prior to course date.

  3. A person who is unable to attend may find someone else to substitute for them although no refund will be made to the original applicant

  4. Cancellations made between 30-14 days before the course date will be subject to 50% deduction.

  5. No refunds will be given for cancellations made by the student within 14 days of the start of the course

  6. Candidates who fail the examination may re-sit on another course for a reduced fee

  7. HYESOL reserve all rights to cancel or change any course dates and Location without prior notice, full refund will be made in case of any change in dates or locations are not suitable to candidates.
