Introduction     

Our e-learning basic food hygiene course offers you flexible, comprehensive, cost effective training solutions for all food handlers. You can enjoy the learning on your own pace without travelling to training centres and spending too much for reliable training. This e-learning programme is the ideal way for students and food handlers to become qualified in food Hygiene matters and obtain compliance with the new Food Safety Legislation such as EC Regulations 852/2004. On successful completion of this course, you will be awarded Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate, this will confirm compliance with the training requirements of Food Legislation.

Course material consists of seven sections and each section is followed by simple exercises. You are recommended to read all sections before the final exam. At the end of the course. You will be provided with a multiple choice exam paper which you need to complete and send back to HYESOL

electronically. The exam consists of 20 multiple choice questions and in order to pass you need to obtain at least 13 marks.

Each section is followed by simple exercises, it is strongly recommended that you complete all exercises before attempting for exam. On successful completion of the final exam at the end of this course, your certificate will be sent to you via an email with unique identification number (traceable) , then you will be able to print off your certificate directly.
